Fancy trying a new craft?

Like playing with paint, paper, fabric, beads? Need a good excuse?

Broadstone Mill are hosting a series of summer craft taster workshops. The first one is Tuesday July 6th where C3's Lou Davis will be leading a cardmaking and papercrafts day.

Each session will be on Tuesday from 10:30am to 3:00pm, they're going to be very relaxed and informal days but we would like to know if you're able to join us by the Monday before.

Each session will reqiure a small contribution to the leader to cover the cost of materials. Please bring a few pounds with you to pay for the things you use.

Lunch can be obtained from the onsite cafe or nearby shops but you might want to bring a packed lunch with you.

Cafe Unity played host to some fantastic afternoons of craft for all ages over the summer and half term. This time, the focus is Christmas and we'll be indulging in all manner of Christmas card-making and festive decoration.

Come along Wednesday afternoons, 1-3pm between now and 9th December. Cafe Unity, 228 Finney Lane, Heald Green SK8 3QA. The cost per session is £2 per person.

During the summer holidays, Cafe Unity in Heald Green will be playing host to a series of art and craft afternoons, organised by C3 Stockport, to which anyone is welcome.

All ages and abilities will be catered for. This is an ideal chance to try out a new craft or to teach others something you love to do.

Bredbury Community Creative Arts Group

This new group is the brainchild of some good friends of C3. It meets on the second and fourth wednesday of each month 10:00am - 1:00pm and is for anyone, new crafters are especially welcome. The group aims to help everyone enjoy art and craft in a fun and practical way. Please bring along your ideas and let Christine know which arts and crafts you prefer.
