These can be either prints or digital files which we will view on a laptop and video projector. As ever please let me know if you are coming to this. If anyone is able/willing to contribute a few Christmassy nibbles and/or drinks it would be appreciated. Exhibition
C3 Photography Exhibition in conjunction with Open Studio, Broadstone Mill, Reddish Date - 4th Feb 2010 to 28th Feb 2010 Cost - £10 (hanging fee) We can now give you more details of our exhibition. Lisa Brown writes: "We are looking for around photographers who are interested in exhibiting their work. Each photographer will have their own area, accompanied with a statement. Also we would like to have a C3 section where each photographer will contribute one photo to entitled "Expressions of Love". For this to work, we do need everyone to contribute. The photographs should be presented in a manner where it could be sold to customers (if you wish to of course!) I suggest the size should A3 minimum as the exhibition space is large, so it doesn't feel too lost. The open studio's manager, Catherine, suggests that having small items like notepads, post cards, small reprints, cards, bags, etc for sale are popular with the visitors/customers. Also she suggests having some business cards/details available too if people want to contact you directly for sales or commissions. We plan to have a launch party on 4th Feb at 7:30pm. Also C3 is planning a "Love In the Afternoon" event on 14th Feb with live music and crafts for the family. The mill also has a "Craft and Vintage Fair" on the 28th Feb. This will be the first exhibition for me, so don't worry if you've never exhibited before. Please contact me,
